Sports Moment: being on the field and playing with his little brother (Rhett) when he scored his first ever high school touchdown.
Memory at LSUS: throwing out the potential tying run at home plate in the bottom of the 9th against Lindsey Wilson in Paducah, Ky., in the NAIA Opening Round Semi-Finals, a game the Pilots won 1-0.
JUNIOR (2013): ranked 27th in the NAIA with 56 runs scored…stole 15 bases in 16 attempts…2nd on the team in walks (29)… led the team with 17 hit by pitch.
SOPHOMORE (2012): opened the season with a bang blasting a homer against William Carey on opening day for a 3-for-3 plate performance while driving in four runs… On Feb. 28 he went 5-for-6 against Louisiana College with four runs batted in matching his single-game high for runs batted in and setting his single game high for hits…threw out the potential tying run against Lindsey Wilson in the bottom of the 9th of the Opening Round Semi-Finals in Paducah, Ky…ranked 12th in the NAIA with 67 runs scored, 18th with 231 at bats.
FRESHMAN (2011): played in 39 games as a freshman for the Pilots playing anywhere he was needed including a few games behind the plate…he hit his first collegiate home run against Wiley on February 19.
2010: Redshirted.
High School: lettered four years for Coach David Jordan at Catholic High School - New Iberia…lettered in baseball and football…2007: 1st Team All-District (football)…2008: 2nd Team All-District, 1st Team Best of Teche (baseball), 1st Team All-State, 1st Team All-State (football)…2009: 1st Team All-District and All-Acadiana, 1st Team Best of Teche (baseball).
