SOPHOMORE (2017): started 12 games for the Pilots and appeared four times out of the bullpen…was 8-2 with a 4.84 ERA…logged 61.1 innings and recorded 62 strike outs…his longest outing of the year was 6.1 innings against Wiley…recorded a season high eight strike outs against Baker.

FRESHMAN (2016): appeared in 15 games including two spot-starts for the Pilots…logged 32.2 innings allowed 43 hits, 26 runs (20 earned), 12 walks, 16 strikeouts…his season long outing in relief was five innings against Houston-Victoria…recorded his season high of four strikeouts in his first collegiate outing against Southern Arkansas…was one of only two pitchers to have an at-bat.

2015: Did not play.

2013-14: attended Stephen F. Austin in the Fall of 2013 and transferred to Lonestar Community College to attend classes in the Spring of 2014.

HIGH SCHOOL: lettered one year for Coach Woody Champagne at Cy Fair High School in Cypress, Texas…named to Academic All-District Team and Third Team All-District as an outfielder.

PERSONAL: born Alexander Joseph Naiser on October 12, 1995, in Cypress, Texas…goes by Alex…son of Todd and Susan Naiser…has one brother, Garrett (24)…majoring in Business with a target graduation date of May 2018…plans on working in the front office of a major sports team.
