Best Advice Received? “Be yourself, or nobody will.” Nobody is going to be Matthew Trahan while you’re trying to pretend to be someone you’re not. So be the best version of yourself that you can be.
Advice to a Young Student-Athlete? Your hard work isn’t going unnoticed so don’t get discouraged.
